Shape Up

I've been a couch potato for almost a month now, and it's only yesterday I went back to my walking routine. While we were in the Philippines (6 months) for vacation, I took the opportunity to be physically active, also, my body is telling me to do so. I usually do my morning walk around 6 in the morning and a little jogging. I lost weight and I am happy about it. But more than vanity reason, I really want to be healthy and fit not only for myself but for my family.
I had hypertension for quite sometime after my pregnancy but thank God I am doing well now. Thank you to my cardiologist who helped me go back in track and to normalize my blood pressure again. I was advised to stop if not, lessen my salt intake (mahilig kasi ako sa "patis/fish sauce") , to exercise (need to shed off my post pregnancy fats) and to eventually lose weight. My cholesterol level was elevated and I have to watch out for my diet too!
I hit  the treadmill again...I walked for 30 minutes, and in between a little jogging. I feel refreshed! I do hope I would always find time to do this everyday. A time for myself..my quiet time.

  1. keep up the good walk! when i do not have time to walk outside, sa bahay nalang ako nagsasapatos ( shape up skechers )kaya kahit naglilinis at ginagawa ang motherly duties na e-exercise na din ako :)

  2. thanks Maru! ako alaga ng bata kasi kaya kailangan may time maglakad.di ako ma exercise dahil puro buhat. yeah, i saw the shape up shoes from skechers endorser si kim k,,sana maging kasing sexy natin sya :-)

  3. sino si kim k.? naku di na ako updated hehe natiyempuhan ko lang sale dito nung nabili ko masarap sya sa paa. teka ma-search ko nga yan si kim hehe by the way, naku anak ko din gusto buhat. sana nga mag contribute ang pagsuot nito para makabawas ng konti kahit pano. exercise talaga is good! kaya like us na merong chikiting ang hirap mag find ng time noh?
